Check the charging port on the car — CCS1, CCS2, NACS or GB/T. That decides which side of the adapter is fixed.
Confirm whether the sites your customers use are CCS1, CCS2 or NACS networks, and how much DC power they deliver.
Pick the current rating (400A or 500A), check the IP54 outdoor rating, and confirm the working temperature range for the region.
Backed by 5 production lines and an experienced R&D team, we deliver flexible OEM/ODM programs with reliable mass production.
Strict quality control and CE, CB, RoHS and TÜV Mark certification keep every accessory reliable, safe and market-ready.
Type 1, Type 2, GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 and NACS variants let one supplier equip North America, Europe, Japan and China.

For a Tesla or NACS vehicle charging at a CCS1 station, choose the IP54 400A CCS1 to NACS adapter — it supports 1000V / 400A DC and 250V / 80A AC. For a NACS vehicle charging at a CCS2 station, choose the CCS2 to NACS adapter instead.
Both are rated to 1000V. The 400A models cover the vast majority of 150–250kW chargers, while the 500A NACS to CCS1 model suits high-power Superchargers and sites where the vehicle can accept more current.
Yes. Every adapter uses an impact-resistant PC housing with IP54 dust and water protection, and the DC models include built-in over-temperature protection that pauses charging at around 90°C and restarts automatically after cooling.
All four models are dual AC and DC capable. They handle DC fast charging up to 400A–500A and AC charging at 32A (80A on the CCS1 to NACS model), so one adapter covers both station types.
Yes. Our OEM & ODM programme covers logo printing, housing colours, retail packaging and private-label documentation. Standard MOQ is 50 units per model with samples available first.
